Ride safe and legal — this is the deal

• Never interact with your phone or the app while riding. Start recording, put the phone away, ride.
• Obey all traffic laws. LoopSiege never rewards speed and never will.
• Ride only on roads you're legally allowed to use. Territory gained by trespassing or illegal riding may be removed.
• You ride at your own risk. LoopSiege is a game layered on your rides; it does not make riding safe and is not a navigation product.

Your account

• One account per rider; you're responsible for what happens on it.
• Fair play: GPS spoofing, fabricated uploads, replayed rides, or recording from anything that isn't a motorcycle or scooter may lead to rides being voided or accounts closed. Suspicious rides are held for human review, not auto-banned.

Subscription

• The Scout tier is free. Baron is .99/month or .99/year, with a 7-day free trial at signup. Subscriptions purchased on the web are managed via Stripe; in the mobile apps via the App Store or Google Play, per their terms.
• Subscribing gates recording new territory rides. It never buys territory or gameplay advantage.
• Cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period.

The map

Territory is a game state, not a property claim. We may rebalance, decay, or reset territory to keep the game fair (for example between seasons), and will communicate material changes in advance.

Termination & changes

You can delete your account at any time (Settings). We may update these terms; continued use after notice means acceptance. Material changes will be announced in-app.
